Recently, Microsoft has added an extra authentication requirement for Android compute devices running a Teams room. Examples would be a Rally bar, Poly X50 or Yealink A30. If you see messaging similar on your control device as depicted in the image below, follow the instructions for a resolution:

Steps to resolve this authentication issue are laid out as follows:

- If either your controller (TAP, TC8, etc) or your conferencing bar are still signed in, sign out of all Teams accounts.
- If your controller is not paired and you cannot navigate the menus on your Conferencing bar, attach a wireless keyboard and mouse.
- Navigate to intune.microsoft.com and log on with your TEAMS ADMIN credentials, not the credentials for the account in question.
- Click "Devices" on the left hand pane, click "Android", click "Enrollment", scroll down and click "Personal and corporate-owned devices with device administrator privileges"
- Click the check box entitled "Use device administrator to manage devices. By enabling this feature, you grant Microsoft permission to send both user and device information to Google." (see pictures below)
- Reboot your Teams compute device (Conferencing Bar) and attempt to sign in with the MTR account again.

NOTE: If the above still does not work, remove the android devices (controller and bar) from your teams environment,  wait a few minutes and try to sign back in from the controller and bar again. You may also need to reboot your conferencing devices again.
