Process for Updating Crestron UC Engine:
- MTR FW - CreMTRstron Flex: Manually Updating the Microsoft Teams® Room (MTR) Application
- UCE FW - Crestron Flex: Manually Updating Firmware
- If the issue continues after the FW updates then the system will need to be re-image to fully recover
