 "to finish setting up, insert the room console into the dock"

 1. Create a skypesettings.xml, content as below, and encode as UTF-8 using Notepad


 2. copy this into notepad

<UserAccount>
<SkypeSignInAddress>test@test.com</SkypeSignInAddress>
<ExchangeAddress>test@test.com</ExchangeAddress>
<Password>test</Password>
</UserAccount>
</SkypeSettings>


3. the the file as 'skypesettings.xml'

4. Copy skypesettings.xml to:
C:\Users\Skype\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.SkypeRoomSystem_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState

5. Restart the device
6. after restart the teams room account will be a generic Teams test account, change to your Teams room account
